What it means for me:
I use Online Banking ONLY
If you use ONLY Online Banking, you will need to complete a one-time login task first.
- Login:
- For your first login after the upgrade, your identity will need to be verified
- Answer four simple verification questions
- After verification, you will be asked to create a new password
- You will notice a new look to the Online Banking system.
- All previous functionality will remain!
- You should also notice some exciting new features:
- Debit Card Management
- Check deposit
- External Transfers
- Added security features
I use BOTH Online Banking AND the Mobile App
If you use BOTH Online Banking and the Mobile App, your experience should match both of the above:
- Your Mobile App usage should offer little change, other than a new look and some new functionality.
- Your Online Banking usage will require a one-time login task first.
- Yes, your Online Banking password can match your Mobile App password.
I use the Mobile App ONLY
If you use ONLY the Mobile App, you should notice a minimal difference in your experience.
- The App will look a little different, but will largely be the same.
- Your Login credentials WILL NOT CHANGE!
- You should notice some new functions and features:
- Bill Pay
- Secure messaging
- External Transfers
- Added security features!
- Visit the 'App store' appropriate for your device and search 'American Community Bank' to find the App.
- Mobile App users may incur charges from their cellular data provider(s).
Business Online Banking
- Talk to your Business Banker about setting up Digital Banking access for your business!
- Businesses now have a specialized Mobile App!
- Visit the 'App store' appropriate for your device and search 'American Community Bank Business' to find the new Business Mobile App.
- Mobile App users may incur charges from their cellular data provider(s).
