Want to obtain balances at any time, day or night? Use the American Community Bank Voice Banking 24-Hour Information Line by calling 800-436-5113. This system gives you access to all of your eligible accounts without requiring specific account numbers. You can enjoy features such as:
- Account balances
- Account histories
- Account transfers
- Loan payments
Here's what you will need to know:
- You will need to enroll in the new system the first time by pressing the star (*) key and following the instructions given
- Your User ID will be your full 9-digit Social Security Number (which will give you access to all eligible accounts at once)
- Your initial PIN (for enrollment) will be the last 4 digits of your SSN, but you will change it to a different PIN of your choosing during enrollment
